-Cancellations of orders will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. After the shipping label has been printed, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
-Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Once your return is processed, you will receive ONLINE store credit.
-All returns must be sent back to the return address within 14 days of the date received.
-Sale items, accessories, and intimates (ie; leggings, bralettes, swimwear) are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any items in these categories will NOT be processed.
-All coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.
-Pre-orders are FINAL SALE unless stated otherwise. Send an email to email@example.com to see if your item is returnable.
-All returns can be sent to the return address on your shipment or address on the insert card.
-If your item is non-returnable, you may sell in our B/S/T Facebook group, pending the rules of the group are followed.
There is a $4 flat rate for standard shipping and free shipping over $75. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged*. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
*If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.
For return shipping, you may email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate a return label at a discounted rate. We will email you a return label and deduct the shipping fee from your total store credit for the return.
